   • A full refund may be issued if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon project within the specified timeframe. However, delays caused by the client, such as lack of communication or incomplete requirements, are not covered.
3. Unsatisfactory Services:
   • If dissatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 15 days of project delivery. Partial refunds will be considered based on the progress and scope of work completed.

Non-Refundable Cases

1. Project Brief and Requirements:
   • Payments will not be refunded if the client fails to provide the necessary project briefing or requirements within 7 days of project confirmation.
2. Ongoing Projects:
   • Refunds will not be issued for projects already in the development, execution, or milestone phase.
3. Approval Milestones:
   • Refunds are not applicable for subsequent project phases once a client approves the initial designs, mock-ups, or any deliverables.
4. Digital Marketing and Maintenance Services:
   • Ongoing services such as SEO, digital marketing, or website maintenance are not eligible for refunds once initiated.
